Most diagrams are entitled Corinthian The Master Board.
There is a page on Dark Horses (disks)
Advert at the back advertises Model 42 (revolving wheel), Model 50 (auto release), Drazard (completely different layout with 4 channels down either side), Bonx (some kind of round bagatelle) + accessories "Dark Horses", Dust Covers and Abbey Turn Table. The back advertises Corinthian "The MASTER board" and has the brand 'BCM/Abbey' at the bottom.
The date might be windowed by the numerous celebrities pictured on the cover. Older looking ones include Charles Austin, a music hall comedian who died in 1944, Mark Hambourg, a Russian British concert pianist who died in 1960 and Teddy Brown, an American entertainer and musician who died in 1946 and Jack Barty, English variety show comedian and actor who died in 1942. There are many others.

The only advert at the back is for "Skeddles", which is some kind of miniature alley skittles game.
